Executive/Personal Assistant to Managing Partner, Private Investment Firm
A growing private investment firm is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support a Managing Partner in a highly visible and impactful role. About the Job:
- Serve as a trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, helping manage priorities, optimize time, and ensure seamless execution across business and personal responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders, organizations, and time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, accommodations, dining reservations, and contingency planning
- Proactively manage communications, including inbox oversight, correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making and productivity
- Track projects, commitments, action items, and deadlines across business, investment, and personal initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, portfolio company leaders, advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of priorities
- Assist with personal and family administration, including vendor management, appointments, household projects, travel planning, and other logistical matters
- Maintain confidential records, files, and organizational systems while ensuring the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support relationship management initiatives, including special events, gifting programs, client and investor engagement, and key stakeholder communications
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, create efficiencies, and implement systems that enhance productivity and organization
- Leverage technology and AI tools to streamline processes, improve communication, and increase operational effectiveness

About You:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, Family Office, or related experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or principals
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with exceptional discretion and sound judgment
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and shifting demands simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional presence
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a natural inclination toward ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure and evolving priorities
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact effectively with executives, investors, advisors, family members, and external stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Standard business hours (Monday–Friday) primarily in-office and at the principal’s home office, with flexibility for business needs outside of hours, and some hybrid work opportunities once a rhythm is established.
