Job Description

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide a high level of legal service and client care
  • Lead client consultations and meetings with confidence and professionalism
  • Draft, review, and manage transactional legal documents
  • Present practical legal solutions in a clear and business-minded way
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff
  • Operate proactively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Collaborate in a team-driven culture built on accountability and mutual support
  • Delegate work respectfully and effectively when appropriate
  • Mentor legal staff while also remaining coachable and open to mentorship
  • Contribute to a firm culture that values excellence, ownership, and healthy conflict

Qualifications

  • Montana State Bar license required
  • Transactional attorney experience preferred
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Comfortable leading meetings and interacting directly with clients
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset
