BANKING-RELATED LITIGATION STAFF ATTORNEY

Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Banking-Related Litigation Staff Attorney to support its financial services and lender-side litigation practice. This is a non-partnership-track opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on responsibility, close collaboration with firm attorneys, and direct client interaction. The role focuses on representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure and related banking matters, offering consistent workflow and a stable platform within a sophisticated litigation environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, in good standing
  • 2–4 years of substantive experience
  • Experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions and related banking or financial services matters
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work closely with supervising attorneys while managing assigned matters efficiently
  • Comfort with direct client communication and case status reporting
  • Pennsylvania bar admission and/or bankruptcy experience is a plus

 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent financial institutions and lenders in mortgage foreclosure and related banking litigation
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with precision and attention to detail
    • Manage assigned matters in coordination with firm attorneys
    • Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and strategy
    • Conduct legal research and analysis related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and lender-side enforcement matters

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive Salary: $115,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
