Position Overview

Dual-role leader responsible for environmental health & safety programs and facility operations. Ensures compliance, maintains safe working conditions, and supports production through facility management.

Key Responsibilities

EHS

• Develop and manage EHS programs (OSHA, EPA compliance)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Lead safety training and emergency preparedness
• Manage workers’ comp and near-miss tracking
• Oversee PPE and environmental compliance (air, water, waste)

Facilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and daily operations
• Manage facility upgrades, capital projects, and vendors
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• Develop preventive maintenance programs

Sustainability

• Lead waste reduction and environmental initiatives
• Track and report sustainability metrics

Leadership

• Lead EHS/facilities staff
• Partner with production and leadership teams
• Serve as contact for regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Environmental, Engineering, Facilities, or related
• 3+ years in EHS/facilities in manufacturing
• Strong OSHA/EPA knowledge
• Experience with facility planning tools (AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong project management and leadership skills

Preferred

• CSP, FMP, or similar certifications
