Financial Accounting Supervisor

• Experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Financial Accountant that could supervise two accountants.
• This is a manufacture so ideal candidate would come out of supervision but would consider others such as banking, healthcare etc.

• Assists in the timely and accurate production of financial statements and is responsible for the supervision of the Accounts Receivable function and general financial accounting.
• Budgeting

§  Coordinate month-end activities between departments to ensure proper cut-off procedures

§  Preparation of financial statements

§  Financial analysis

§  Account reconciliations

§  Assist in tax-related activities

§  Participate in inventory counts

§  Capital project accounting

§  Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit by outside auditors

§  Prioritize responsibilities

Supervision

·       Will supervise two personnel.

·       Will report to the divisional Controller which is local.
