Remote Freight Sales Executive – Specialized Transportation
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: $80K–$100K base + commission/bonuses

Our client is a mid-sized specialized transportation company providing flatbed, heavy haul, and complex freight solutions nationwide. With a strong dispatch and operations team based in Syracuse, NY, they are looking to add a proven freight sales professional who can bring and grow shipper relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of shipper business
- Prospect and develop new shipper accounts
- Sell specialized transportation solutions
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution
- Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Must bring an active, transferable book of business
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-starter comfortable working fully remote
- Experience with CRM and standard sales tools

- Open Deck
- Step Deck
- Double Drop
- Over Dimensional (OD)
- Multi-Axle Freight
