Core Responsibilities

• Execute independent setups and run CNC mills and turning centers for complex precision parts.
• Monitor tool wear, adjust tool page offsets, and maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring hand tools.
• Troubleshoot setup and mechanical issues to ensure consistent weekend production flow.
• Read engineering drawings and strictly follow GD&T requirements.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience with 1+ years executing independent setups on mills or lathes.
• Strong technical fundamentals: Blueprint reading, G&M codes, and GD&T concepts.
• High Reliability: Dedicated commitment to the Friday–Sunday 12-hour day schedule.
• Work History: Solid employment track record demonstrating long-term tenure and attendance.
• Proximity: Living within a comfortable commute of Big Bend, WI.
