What You Will Be Doing

  • Operate within a high-efficiency production team to fabricate, form, and assemble heavy-duty industrial sheet metal machines and systems.
  • Utilize rulers, tape measures, and precision layout tools daily to verify materials and component dimensions down to exact fabrication specifications.
  • Handle raw sheet metal stock safely, loading materials into production staging zones, and maintaining an immaculate, organized workspace.
  • Cross-train across multiple specialized manufacturing stations, learning to operate diverse production machinery to expand your technical fabrication skillset over time.
  • Collaborating directly with production leadership to ensure all completed components meet strict quality, structural, and safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sheet metal background featuring a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience working on the floor of a sheet metal manufacturing, punching, or custom fabrication shop.
  • Measurement fluency with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience utilizing physical rulers and tape measures to execute layout work; must be able to read and interpret measurements accurately on the spot.
  • Work ethic and grit backed by 2+ years of continuous physical labor depth, showing the physical stamina required to handle industrial manufacturing demands.
  • Professional reliability and a steady, consistent work history that demonstrates long-term commitment and strong daily attendance with your past employers.
  • Local commute and permanent residency established within a dependable daily driving radius of the Richfield, WI area.
