Our client, a growing CPA firm is looking to add an Audit Manager to their staff; you will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across a variety of industries. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and helping guide business and process improvements for privately held companies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and planning audit and review engagements
- Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues
- Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising, training, and mentoring associates
- Participating in networking and business development activities
- Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth
Background Required:
- 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
- Active CPA license
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
