Top AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated 3rd-4th year associate (Class of 2022-2023) to join their nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Detroit office.

Qualified candidates will have experience with temporary restraining order and temporary injunction expedited relief proceedings, as well as trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation wage and hour class action litigation, union negotiations, advice and counseling, OSHA matters, and single plaintiff employment litigation.

They are seeking a team-oriented associate with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic who has demonstrated client relationship and business development skills and an ability to thrive in busy, collegial environments. Top academics and experience required.

To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Michigan Bar.

The expected salary for this position is $260,000-$310,000.

Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, etc.
