Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour
Location: Shelby, MT
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days per week
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a growing behavioral health team serving both a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic.
This position is ideal for a counselor who values flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with both children and adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
- Work across two settings: School-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and Main outpatient clinic serving the general public
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements
- Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach
Qualifications:
- Active LCPC or LCSW license required
- Fully licensed only (candidate or provisional licenses not accepted)
- Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians
- Candidates must be willing and comfortable working with children (specific pediatric experience is helpful but not required)
