We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-end residential projects in and around Aspen. The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence, someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar luxury residential and estate projects.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage site logistics and access for mountain conditions (slope, elevation, snow management).
• Provide leadership across all phases — from design collaboration through close-out.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
• Mentor project teams and uphold the firm’s values of safety, excellence, and integrity.
