Press Brake Set-Up Operator
Press Brake Set-Up Operator
$23.00 – $28.00/Hour • Greater Green Bay, WI • 4-Day Work Week • Full Benefits Package
This opportunity offers a stable career destination for a metal fabrication professional who is tired of dealing with seasonal manufacturing layoffs, erratic shop schedules, or rigid corporate red tape. Operating as a premier custom sheet metal manufacturer, this facility proudly designs, builds, and ships a proprietary catalog of specialty products. Because operations span from raw design to final build under one roof, the business is completely insulated from single-contract market volatility—providing a highly diversified customer base and a guaranteed, rock-solid baseline of production backlog year-round.
The organization fosters a genuinely family-oriented, team-focused fabrication floor where operators are treated with respect, paid competitively, and given the autonomy to manage their work cells. To protect against burn-out culture, the entire production facility runs on a standard 4-day schedule, giving you a permanent 3-day weekend every single week. This is an ideal setup for a craftsman looking for a long-term home with a stable management team that actively invests in their future—offering consistent cross-training opportunities and full tuition reimbursement to support technical development.
