What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing precision TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and high-detail prototypes
  • Interpreting and working directly from complex engineering drawings to ensure 100% accuracy on every part
  • Fine-tuning welding equipment parameters to maintain superior weld integrity and aesthetics
  • Laying out and assembling diverse metal components to meet strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
  • Safely utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts to position and manage large-scale projects
  • Collaborating with fellow senior fabricators to troubleshoot design challenges and optimize production workflows
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace within a modern manufacturing environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional TIG and MIG welding experience, with a focus on precision fabrications
  • Blueprint Literacy: 5+ years of experience reading complex drawings and interpreting specialized weld symbols
  • Reliability: A rock-solid attendance record; our high-performance team relies on consistency and commitment
  • Professionalism: A stable work history that demonstrates long-term tenure and a desire to grow within an organization
  • Equipment Skills: Previous experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is a significant plus
  • Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the West Bend area
