Build roads. Run nights. Own the field.
A growing, well-established heavy civil contractor is putting a major roadway and utility project in the ground in the Hickory, NC area — and they need a night-shift Superintendent who can take the whole operation and run with it. If you’ve built highway, moved dirt, and set pipe, this is your job site. You’ll call the shots on grade, production, and crews from dusk to done, with a company that backs its people and keeps its pipeline full.
This isn’t a babysitting job. It’s your field to lead.
What You’ll Run

● Schedule and direct your crews, equipment, and subcontractors to hit budget and beat the clock.
● Read the plans, set the grade, check survey control, and keep production moving every shift.
● Control labor, equipment, material, and sub costs — and deliver on time, on budget.
● Run a safe, tight night operation: job-site organization, daily job costing, and no surprises.
