Job Description
This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity for a versatile medical professional to deliver impactful support across clinical and administrative functions. The position emphasizes flexibility, as the primary base includes occasional coverage at a secondary site, with travel support provided. Primary Responsibilities
• Carry out clinical tasks such as blood draws, vital sign checks, and rapid diagnostic testing.
• Handle front-desk and administrative work including patient intake, scheduling, insurance confirmation, and referral coordination.
• Assist with back-office processes to support smooth clinic functioning.
• Rotate through various duties to develop well-rounded skills in clinical, testing, and office support areas.
• Interact professionally with patients from diverse backgrounds to foster trust and satisfaction.
Position Requirements
• Current Washington state Medical Assistant certification (MA-C).
• Valid AHA BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between sites.
• TB test required during onboarding.
• Adaptable attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
