§ Salary: $500,000 to $2,500,000+ (Total compensation highly contingent upon portable book of business and realization metrics)

§ Strategic Mission:

The incoming Partner will serve as a lead strategist and trial counsel for a sophisticated portfolio of commercial disputes. This role is designed for a practitioner who possesses a significant portable practice and the desire to lead multi-disciplinary teams through every phase of the litigation lifecycle.

Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Serving as lead counsel in high-stakes bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and appellate proceedings across federal and state jurisdictions.

⨖ Managing and expanding a portable book of business exceeding $1M—$2M in annual originations, focusing on high-margin commercial, securities, or intellectual property matters.

⨖ Overseeing the development of comprehensive case strategies, including complex discovery oversight, high-level motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

⨖ Mentoring and supervising a dedicated team of associates and special counsel, ensuring the highest standards of legal work product and professional development.

⨖ Collaborating with firm leadership on cross-selling initiatives and strategic business development to capture emerging market opportunities.
