Job Title: Medical Assistant - (Temporary possible Temp to Hire)

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Compensation: $24 – 26 per hour 

Term: 90 days; possibility for the right person to be converted to direct hire but not promised. 

Work Location: On-Site Only (Not remote or hybrid)

Flexible for later mid-week evenings when covering the secondary site. Experience with diverse patients and team collaboration preferred. TB test required for hire.

 Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical duties including phlebotomy, vital sign assessments, and rapid point-of-care testing.

Manage front-office activities such as patient reception, appointment coordination, insurance verification, and referral processing.

Provide back-office support to keep clinic operations organized and efficient.

Participate in cross-functional rotations to build broad expertise across clinical, testing, and administrative areas.

Engage positively with patients from diverse backgrounds to create a welcoming and supportive experience.

Requirements

Current Washington state Medical Assistant certification (MA-C).

Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience.

Completion of TB testing as part of the onboarding process.

Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered service.
