Job Title: Medical Assistant - (Temporary possible Temp to Hire)

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Compensation: $24 – 26 per hour 

Term: 90 days; possibility for the right person to be converted to direct hire but not promised. 

Work Location: On-Site Only (Not remote or hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties including phlebotomy, vital sign assessments, and rapid point-of-care testing.

• Manage front-office activities such as patient reception, appointment coordination, insurance verification, and referral processing.

• Provide back-office support to keep clinic operations organized and efficient.

• Participate in cross-functional rotations to build broad expertise across clinical, testing, and administrative areas.

• Engage positively with patients from diverse backgrounds to create a welcoming and supportive experience.

Requirements

• Current Washington state Medical Assistant certification (MA-C).

• Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience.

• Completion of TB testing as part of the onboarding process.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered service.
