Robotic Welding Programmer – $35/hr + Profit Sharing & Flexibility
- 3+ years of mastery in Yaskawa/YRC1000 controllers and Robotmaster offline programming is required
- 1st Shift: Typically 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday) with flexible start times available (7:00 am or 8:00 am)
- Off-Shift Availability: 2nd Shift (+$1.00/hr differential) and 3rd Shift (+$2.00/hr differential) are also available
- Pay is up to $35.00/hr based on technical expertise

- No remote as this is a 100% onsite position

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Program and proof 1st article weldments using Motosim/Yaskawa controllers and Robotmaster offline programming software
- Optimize weld paths and cycle times to ensure repeatable, high-quality production of heavy-duty components
- Integrate and troubleshoot robotic welding cells, providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex automation issues
- Partner with the production team to transfer technical knowledge and implement best practices for robotic machine operation
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on robot-driven equipment to minimize downtime
- Maintain rigorous quality standards, performing visual inspections to ensure 100% conformance to engineering specifications and welding symbols
- Collaborate with management and vendors to stay up-to-date on technical manuals and ensure project coverage
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3 or more years of hands-on robotic welding experience; a robot welding certification is strongly preferred
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency with Yaskawa/YRC1000 controllers and experience with offline programming (Robotmaster or similar)
- Strong Welding Foundation: Deep understanding of MIG welding processes and the ability to pass an internal weld/inspection test
- Analytical Problem Solver: Capability to take a new fixture and create a repeatable fabrication path from scratch
- Reliability and Longevity: A stable work history is required (no pattern of changing jobs every two years); our client values long-term career partners
