Some important information to share with your teams.

• Be sure and check addresses and commute information as many of these needs are in a major metro and will be key to getting candidates moved quicker through the process if commute time is covered.
• Please be sure and ask about VBC experience, it is preferred, but please introduce candidates that are interested in learning more about VBC.
• Ask about HEDIS experience.
• Geriatric experience.
• Ask about EMR experience (We currently have eClinical Works- in process of switching to Athena)
• Family ties are key.
• We do offer incredible sign-on’s but it really depends on the candidate and experience, so please do not offer a set dollar amount as that will lead to missed expectations.
• Please get a good recap of what types of patients and acuities they are treating and seeing each day.
• When they are available to start.
• Where are they in the process, where else are they considering.
• Non-compete information.
• Really make sure they are comfortable with documentation- huge part of this job.
• If you could obtain salary expectations in your write-up that is extremely helpful.
