The Senior Manager of New Model Sales is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for new vehicle models. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new vehicle models.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Engineering field
- 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams.
