Sales Manager - Metal Stamping

Overview:
This company has been in business for 50 years and are looking for their next phase of growth and expansion, which is where this role comes in. This person will be a member of the site leadership team and will participate in overall strategic planning. This main focus at the beginning will be on developing a strategic sales plan (in concert with the management team) and then executing on that plan, leading both internal and external personnel in sales and engineering.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, B.A. in Business, or some related degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience including at least 2 years in a risk management or similarly accountable role
- 5-7 years of technical sales/sales management experience is required
- Should have a good understanding of the metal stamping business in order to be able to identify opportunities that are aligned with the company's manufacturing capabilities
