  • TECH Proficiency with CO₂ and Fiber Flat Sheet Lasers
  • SCHEDULE 2nd Shift | Mon–Thu (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) | 4-Day Work Week
  • COMP Up to $28.00 per hour + 90-Day Performance Review & Profit Sharing
  • LOCATION Greater West Bend, WI area (100% Onsite)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operating advanced CO₂ and Fiber flat sheet lasers to produce precision, low-volume metal components
  • Performing independent, complex machine setups and making real-time parameter adjustments to ensure optimal cut quality
  • Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings and blueprints to confirm exacting project specifications
  • Conducting rigorous quality checks using pin gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring devices to maintain ISO standards
  • Safely operating overhead cranes and forklifts to manage raw sheet metal and move finished materials
  • Collaborating with area supervisors and the production team to meet tight deadlines in a high-quality environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles

What We Are Looking For

  • Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in industrial laser cutting; proven ability to troubleshoot and adjust settings independently
  • Blueprint Literacy: Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools for quality verification
  • Reliability: A rock-solid work history with a record of consistent attendance—this is critical for our high-performance 2nd shift team
  • Equipment Experience: Previous experience with Amada equipment and industrial material handling (cranes/forklifts) is highly desirable
  • Longevity: A preference for candidates who have shown long-term commitment to their previous employers
  • Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the West Bend area
