Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Solutions

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a specialized sales team focused on industrial traceability solutions, including direct part marking and product identification systems
  • Own the sales strategy and execution, setting clear goals and building actionable plans to consistently exceed targets
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the team
  • Champion business development efforts, expanding into new markets while strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship, building bench strength through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
  • Utilize technical expertise to support consultative selling, delivering tailored solutions to complex customer challenges
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct product demonstrations, application analysis, and strategic sales support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and distribution teams to align efforts and accelerate growth
  • Partner with marketing on account-based strategies, targeting high-value opportunities and tracking performance metrics

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive results through data, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to optimize performance
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or part marking solutions strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
