About the Role

We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead, implement, and continuously improve the company’s safety programs. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, reducing workplace risk, and fostering a strong safety-first culture across engineering, manufacturing, and field installation teams.

This position reports directly to senior leadership and will serve as the subject matter expert for all safety-related initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety programs and policies

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local safety regulations

  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Manage workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs

  • Facilitate safety training programs for manufacturing and field installation teams

  • Maintain and update safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records

  • Track and report key safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near-miss reporting, etc.)

  • Partner with operations and project teams to integrate safety into project planning

  • Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and accountability


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experience supporting field installation or project-based operations is highly preferred

  • OSHA 30 certification required; CSP or ASP certification is a plus

  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis

  • Strong leadership, communication, and training facilitation skills

  • Ability to influence culture and hold teams accountable
