My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on role. If you're energized by doing the work—not managing a team—and enjoy wearing many hats, you'll find tremendous variety, autonomy, and influence in this position. You'll own every aspect of Human Resources function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Personally manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Roll up your sleeves to solve employee issues and improve HR processes.
  • Partner directly with leaders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Build talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Develop HR policies, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Drive engagement, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • You enjoy being a hands-on HR professional who owns both strategy and execution.
  • You're comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • You prefer making things happen over managing a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
