My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on role. If you're energized by doing the work—not managing a team—and enjoy wearing many hats, you'll find tremendous variety, autonomy, and influence in this position. You'll own every aspect of Human Resources function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Personally manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Roll up your sleeves to solve employee issues and improve HR processes.
- Partner directly with leaders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen the employer brand.
- Develop HR policies, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Drive engagement, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- You enjoy being a hands-on HR professional who owns both strategy and execution.
- You're comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- You prefer making things happen over managing a team.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
