Project Manager – Custom Manufacturing

My client makes one-of-a-kind building materials used in historic restorations and architect-designed commercial builds around the world. Now they need a Project Manager who can take a custom project from "we just won this" to "it's installed and paid for", without dropping any of the details in between.

You'll be the person customers, the shop floor, and leadership all call when they need a straight answer. If you like owning something start to finish, this is that job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take the handoff on new projects, introduce yourself to the client, and set expectations from day one
• Dig into requirements, drawings, products, and any manufacturing wrinkles before they become problems
• Track each project through scheduling and production, catching issues before they threaten the timeline
• Keep clients ahead of the curve: progress, changes, delays, so they hear it from you first
• Write up and present contract changes as the project evolves
• Own project billing and collections
• Keep leadership in the loop on status, risk, and anything that needs their attention

About You

• You have at least 5 years of experience managing projects
• You can read blueprints and CAD drawings
• You stay level-headed with a frustrated customer
• You're fine traveling when the project calls for it
