What You'll Be Doing as Inside Sales Representative
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from inbound lead generation to post-sale support.
- Addressing customer inquiries about quotes, orders, warranties, and returns via calls and emails.
- Keeping the company's e-commerce site updated and vibrant.
- Actively resolving client concerns to uphold the company’s reputation.
- As the company scales, help to shape and grow the inside sales team.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- At least 1 year in a sales-focused role, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Demonstrate success in sales pipeline management and closing deals.
- Excel in phone-based interactions with a diverse clientele.
- Eager to be an integral part of a thriving, locally owned company.
