As Construction Estimator, you will accurately estimate jobs based on your communication with architects and customers, do material take-offs from blueprints, and coordinate with the production and project teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Perform detailed material take-offs with high accuracy
• Assist in bid preparation by providing accurate project estimates and coordinating with sales team
• Develop and refine proposals from budgetary phase through final bid submission
• Interface with customers regarding scope changes and clarifications
• Prepare and submit change orders reflecting scope updates
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

About You

• 3 or more years of experience in construction or estimating
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
• High attention to detail, especially in take-offs and quantities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus
• Degree in Construction Management or Drafting helpful
