Test Technician

• Assist in building and assembling basic lab apparatus and test equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.

• Perform laboratory tests and measurements of automotive components using proper instrumentation and procedures.

• Prepare, set up, and execute tests according to established protocols, ensuring accurate and reliable data.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory and test area, following all safety guidelines.

• Document test results clearly and communicate findings in a professional manner.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical skills.

• Ability to quickly grasp testing principles and apply them effectively.

• Proficient with computers; comfortable learning new test software and data systems.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree, Trade School Certificate, or equivalent training strongly preferred.
• Prior automotive testing or component-level testing experience preferred.
