Our client is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a personable and technically capable IT Support Specialist to serve as the go-to technology resource for both patients and staff at their location.
This is a unique IT role that blends hands-on technical support with teaching, training, and genuine relationship-building — making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys helping people as much as solving problems.
What You'll Do Rather than sitting behind a helpdesk, you'll be out in the community — leading technology workshops, conducting one-on-one support sessions with patients and staff, and helping everyone get the most out of the systems they use every day. You'll also support audio/visual needs for events and assist the broader IT team with project rollouts, hardware management, and basic troubleshooting.
What We're Looking For The right candidate brings solid foundational IT knowledge (Windows, Apple products, networking basics, printers) and a genuine ability to communicate with non-technical audiences. Prior experience in a service-oriented environment is a must. A+ certification is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcomed.
