The Opportunity

ATS is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team and play a key role in driving revenue. This isn't an order-taking role — you'll be actively prospecting, engaging clients, uncovering needs, and moving deals forward through the quoting process. If you're a relationship-builder who loves being in the middle of the action and takes pride in delivering a great client experience, this is worth a serious look.


What You'll Do

You'll serve as a critical connector between clients and ATS's technical teams, owning the inside sales process from first contact through closed quote. Day to day, that looks like:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email, building rapport and trust along the way
  • Participating in Teams calls alongside clients and technical staff to support needs discovery and solution-matching
  • Compiling data from internal teams and clients to produce accurate, customized quotes — with a 24-hour turnaround standard
  • Maintaining a clean, current CRM database with detailed prospect and quote tracking
  • Cultivating long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of inside sales or quoting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're clear, professional, and easy to work with
  • Comfort managing high email and call volume without dropping the ball
  • Experience with CRM tools in a sales process (preferred)
  • A natural ability to listen, identify client needs, and connect them to the right solutions
  • Genuine desire to grow — you're coachable and curious
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Location: Must be commutable to the Marietta, GA office
