Now Hiring: CNC Laser Operator – Night Shift

Location: Greendale, IN

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM (occasional OT)

Fortis Security Products is looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our night shift team. If you have experience with CNC laser cutting and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate a Cincinnati CL840 4000W CO2 laser

• Read work orders and blueprints to cut sheet metal to spec

• Use calipers, tape measures, and hand tools to inspect parts

• Load materials, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety protocols

• Navigate Windows-based software and nesting programs

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of CNC laser experience (required)

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work on your feet in a warm environment

• Forklift experience and basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent
