Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Network Administrator to lead infrastructure support and maintenance across a regional footprint. You'll own server operations, firewall and network administration, disaster recovery, and hands-on troubleshooting while providing backup support to other regions. If you thrive in enterprise environments, document thoroughly, and stay sharp on infrastructure security and reliability—this role is for you.
What You Will Own

Manage and maintain server backups; develop and maintain comprehensive backup documentation.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery documentation and conduct quarterly recovery tests.

Administer Windows Server environments: troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, and hardware lifecycle management.

Perform firewall administration (SonicWall and similar platforms): configuration, firmware updates, and security service maintenance.

Maintain network infrastructure: switches, WAN connectivity, wireless systems, and troubleshooting.

Provide Tier 1 support for Corporate Active Directory and servers; Tier 2 support for SQL, Exchange, and SharePoint application servers.

Support telecommunications systems: break/fix and implementation assistance.

Assist with network design, system improvements, and integration of new acquisitions.

Provide backup support to other Regional Network Administrators as needed.

On-call support for after-hours maintenance and emergencies.

Attend department meetings and pursue professional development opportunities.
About You

Minimum 7 years of hands-on network and system administration experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

Solid experience with SonicWall firewalls (or equivalent enterprise firewalls) and firewall administration.

Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and enterprise network architecture.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and server issues.

Experience in enterprise-level network environments supporting multiple locations or regions.

Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment handling and maintenance.

U.S. based with U.S. Person status (ITAR compliant).

Availability for after-hours and on-call support.
Nice to Have

IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent).

Experience with Active Directory at scale.

Hands-on SQL Server or Exchange Server experience.

Disaster recovery or business continuity planning experience.

Experience supporting SharePoint infrastructure.

Experience with migration or integration of acquired companies.
Work Environment

Primarily onsite in Phoenix, Arizona corporate office.

Less than 10% regional travel for maintenance, support, or training.

After-hours maintenance and on-call support required.
