Power Platform/ SharePoint Consultant

Position Overview

We're seeking a Power Platform/ SharePoint Consultant with hands-on expertise in modern infrastructure, migrations, and Power Platform integration. If you thrive troubleshooting legacy environments, designing clean architectures, and guiding clients through complex transformations—and you are a U.S. Person or possess valid work authorization as a U.S. Person—this role is for you.

What You Will Own

• Lead SharePoint migrations: on-premises to cloud, file servers to OneDrive/SharePoint Online.

• Design and enforce governance, permissions, and information architecture across SharePoint deployments.

• Assess legacy environments for modernization gaps, performance risks, and compliance exposures.

• Build Power Apps forms and Power Automate workflows that enhance SharePoint solutions without overkill.

• Support SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019), Subscription Edition, and Online alongside Microsoft 365 integration.

• Write and maintain PowerShell automation for admin tasks, validation, and migration prep.

• Communicate technical risk and tradeoffs to clients at the Director level and beyond.

• Manage concurrent client engagements with discipline and clarity.

About You

• 4+ years hands-on SharePoint admin and consulting.

• Proven experience with SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.

• Track record leading or executing SharePoint and file server migrations.

• Practical Power Apps and Power Automate experience, not just theory.

• Solid foundation in Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, IIS, DNS, SQL Server.

• PowerShell proficiency.

• Client-facing experience managing multiple concurrent priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Critical Requirement

U.S. Person Status (ITAR Compliance): You must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or possess valid work authorization as defined by ITAR regulations). This is a hard gate. We cannot proceed without confirmation of your eligibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ShareGate, AvePoint, or comparable migration tools.

• Nintex Workflow or Forms background.

• Microsoft certifications (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform).
