Our client is a growth-stage company in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry with an active acquisition strategy. They're adding an Accounting Manager to own the accounting workstream for M&A integrations while supporting day-to-day operational accounting. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of technical accounting and deal execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be close to the action.

What You'll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
• Ensure financial reporting compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS across consolidated entities
• Lead the accounting integration workstream for all acquisitions — onboarding teams, aligning policies, and maintaining integration playbooks and timelines
• Partner with M&A, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to drive clean, coordinated integration outcomes
• Support ERP onboarding and drive process standardization across acquired entities
• Identify gaps in financial data, controls, and processes within acquired companies and lead remediation
• Coach and develop Staff Accountants
• Support audits, special projects, and system improvements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• ERP experience required; system migration exposure a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Clear, confident communicator across all levels of an organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the details
