Maverick Search Partners is working with a prominent healthcare organization seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial strategy and performance optimization across their multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for assigned healthcare facilities
- Serve as strategic finance partner to site administrators and operational teams
- Deliver actionable insights on performance drivers including patient census, margin analysis, cash management, and P&L trends
- Build financial acumen among facility leaders through training, modeling tools, and consultative support
- Lead quarterly business review presentations and stakeholder communications
- Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning with volume assumptions, financial modeling, and market intelligence
- Model ad-hoc scenarios and business cases to support expansion, investment, and operational decisions
- Ensure accountability to targets through proactive monitoring and collaborative problem-solving
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (Advanced degree or CPA valued)
- Minimum 8 years in FP&A or comparable finance roles with increasing responsibility
- Background in healthcare settings highly desirable
- Mastery of financial analysis, modeling techniques, and forecasting methodologies
- Highly motivated individual capable of thriving with minimal supervision alongside C-suite executives
- Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for varied audiences
- Demonstrated business judgment and stakeholder management skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel; familiarity with planning platforms and ERP systems
- Meticulous quality standards balanced with strategic perspective
