HR Coordinator

A well-established, multi-location company in Marietta is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of their HR function. What You'll Own

You'll play a hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle from preboarding and onboarding through offboarding while ensuring HR processes remain compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. You'll be the go-to person for HRIS data integrity, I-9 compliance, employment verifications, and HR reporting. You'll also have the opportunity to support HR leadership on employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement efforts in the future.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

• 2+ years of HR experience in a similar support or coordinator role

• Solid working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law

• HRIS proficiency and comfort working across multiple systems

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — people feel comfortable coming to you

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
