About the Role: As Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial operations. From billing and reconciliations to audit support and reporting, you’ll be the go-to resource for ensuring accuracy across the accounting lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and issue client invoices based on service contracts

• Reconcile incoming payments and maintain accurate AR records

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up professionally with clients

• Support month-end close and assist with audit documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

• Generate aging reports and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting

• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting platforms

• Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in financial documentation

• Communication: Clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams
