A well-established, growth-oriented company headquartered in Marietta, GA is searching for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead their internal recruiting function. This is a true player-coach opportunity — you'll lead a strong team of recruiters while staying personally involved in full-cycle recruiting. What You'll Own

You'll lead the recruiting team while rolling up your sleeves to source, screen, and close top talent across the organization. You'll manage budgets, vendor relationships, and specialized programs including campus and military recruiting pipelines. You'll build the dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into hiring performance — and use that data to sharpen strategy continuously.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in recruiting or talent acquisition
• 3+ years managing a team of recruiters or TA specialists
• Strong Paycom proficiency and a metrics-driven mindset
• Experience with campus and/or military talent programs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
• A genuine drive to find great people — not just fill seats
• Enthusiasm for a fully in-office culture five days a week in Marietta
