Our client seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to support their compassionate healthcare organization. This corporate role reports to senior finance leadership and involves maintaining general ledger integrity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close, and performing financial analysis for assigned business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete monthly GL close and financial statement preparation

• Prepare and analyze journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

• Reconcile and analyze GL accounts with supporting schedules

• Prepare regulatory compliance reports and filings

• Conduct financial and operational analysis with detailed commentary

• Participate in monthly financial review meetings with leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA certification

• 3+ years public accounting audit experience

• Healthcare industry experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong financial statement and reporting knowledge

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Collaborative, customer-focused approach

• Strong business acumen with ability to explain complex financial concepts

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
