Regional Accountant

Our client seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to support their compassionate healthcare organization. This corporate role reports to senior finance leadership and involves maintaining general ledger integrity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close, and performing financial analysis for assigned business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete monthly GL close and financial statement preparation

Prepare and analyze journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
-
Reconcile and analyze GL accounts with supporting schedules
-
Prepare regulatory compliance reports and filings
-
Conduct financial and operational analysis with detailed commentary

Participate in monthly financial review meetings with leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA certification
-
3+ years public accounting audit experience

Healthcare industry experience
