Our construction client in Raleigh, NC is immediately hiring for a Superintendent. Whether you have 1 year as an Assistant Superintendent or 10 years leading large projects, we want to talk to you!
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years in C&I or Multifamily construction experience
- 1+ years as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent
- Experience running a large part of a $10+ million project.
- Ability to run a project independently
- Strong focus on safety schedule & quality
- ProCore software experience or similar.
- Experience working for a GC
NICE TO HAVE:
- Running a project from start to finish
- OSHA 30 certification
- C&I experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
DAY TO DAY:
The Superintendent in this role oversees daily field operations in the Triangle on large-scale, $10M+ commercial & multifamily projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. They independently manage a significant portion of the project, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues as they arise. Using ProCore software, they track documentation, update schedules, and maintain clear communication with the project team. They also regularly review construction plans and drawings to ensure work aligns with specifications and project goals.
