Our construction client in Raleigh, NC is immediately hiring for a Lead Superintendent to run a $20M commercial project. If you have 8+ years of experience and a proven track record leading large-scale projects from start to finish as the primary Superintendent, we want to talk to you!
Must Haves:
- 8+ years in C&I or Multifamily construction experience
- Proven experience running a project from start to finish as the lead superintendent
- Experience managing an entire $20M+ project or a major component as lead superintendent
- Ability to independently oversee all aspects of a project
- Strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality
- ProCore software experience or equivalent project management tools
- Experience working for a GC
- Experience leading a team of superintendents, assistants, or foremen
Pluses:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Prior experience on steel-frame or large-scale commercial projects
Day to Day:
The Lead Superintendent in this role oversees all daily field operations on a large-scale, $20M commercial project in the Triangle, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. They are fully responsible for running the site, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues as they arise. Using ProCore software, they track documentation, update schedules, and maintain clear communication with the project team. The Lead Superintendent also reviews construction plans and drawings to ensure all work aligns with specifications and overall project goals.
