Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Louisville, KY
Shift Hours: 2 Third Shift Available
Pay Range: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Our client is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their manufacturing team in Louisville, KY. This position requires hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC laser jet, and HMI systems. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical work, including up to 240 volts, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Perform maintenance and repair on CNC laser jet equipment

• Diagnose and repair issues with PLC and HMI systems

• Execute preventative maintenance and minimize machine downtime

• Perform electrical work up to 240 volts safely and efficiently

• Support production operations to ensure optimal machine performance

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability

Qualifications/Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

• Experience with CNC and PLC troubleshooting required

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work first or third shift as assigned
