We're seeking a strategic, results-driven sales executive to lead the growth and expansion of its Multi-Family business with strong connections in TX and knowledge of cabinetry/ flooring and other interior specialties. The Vice President of Multi-Family Sales will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, expanding market share, developing a high-performing sales organization, and strengthening customer relationships across key markets. This executive leadership role will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business acquisition, strategic account development, talent optimization, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, creating scalable sales processes, and delivering measurable revenue growth within the multi-family construction and building products industry.

 

In addition to leading the sales organization, this role will maintain direct involvement in strategic customer acquisition and business development activities within targeted markets.
