This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with prospective clients, building relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss their needs, goals, and options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Provide a high level of customer service and communication.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and follow through.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable meeting directly with clients.
• Ability to guide customers through larger purchasing decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary plus commission with $150,000+ annual earning potential.
