Commercial Loan Officer | $115,000-$135,000

A Fargo company is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join a well-established financial institution offering excellent benefits, a strong team environment, and long-term career potential. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lender who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working closely with commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending relationships
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to identify lending and banking needs
• Originate, structure, and manage commercial loans
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, creditworthiness, and overall loan risk
• Prepare and present loan recommendations for approval
• Maintain strong knowledge of lending policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Monitor existing loans and maintain the overall quality of the loan portfolio
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Partner with internal teams to provide clients with a high level of service

Qualifications

• Previous commercial lending experience required
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial statements, and cash flow analysis
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Business development and relationship-building experience
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently manage a commercial loan portfolio
• Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices
