A Fargo company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This person will oversee employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and HR complianceas well as work closely with leadership and serve as a resource for employees and managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience independently handling employee relations and employment compliance.
- A background in payroll, benefits, and recruiting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of HR operations.
- A related bachelor’s degree OR an active HR certification.

Pay is $80k–$95k DOE, with competitive benefits.

Monday–Friday, on-site in Fargo. No travel required.
