An Austin client seeks an experienced Customer Facing Program Manager. Proven ability to deliver high‑quality products in a cross‑discipline and global environment.
You will: Own and drive strategic partnership programs with leading SoC providers … Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and work closely with customers and partners … Facilitate executive‑level and working‑level engagements with SoC partners and customers across engineering, marketing, and business teams ... Define agendas, develop presentations, and drive productive discussions … Establish and maintain a robust end‑to‑end program management framework to track customer programs and designs, including objectives, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and decision checkpoints … Work closely with sales and business segment teams to proactively identify and resolve risks, manage escalations, and ensure program success … Identify and drive opportunities for deeper customer and partner engagement, including co‑design, co‑validation, and new or improved working models that support mutual goals.
What will get our attention: BSEE/CE/PHY with five+ years leading large, complex, cross‑functional programs. Ten+ years in PC or Server Markets, i.e. Intel, Microsoft, AMD, Qualcomm, and Nvidia. Experience in relevant areas such system validation, BIOS - firmware development, Windows driver development, etc. Strong program management skills, including schedule ownership, requirements tracking, risk management, customer communication, conflict resolution, and escalation management. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving execution at scale. he ability to synthesize complex technical and program information into clear, concise materials for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Partner closely with SoC vendors to align plans and ensure training, workshops, and communications are optimized for customer needs.
Highly Desirable: MS/MBA; PMP certification; Knowledge of the PC and-or server development platforms, architectures, and technologies; Knowledge of audio, power, haptics, and other mixed‑signal products. Mandarin.
Title: Customer Program Manager
Worksite: Austin, Texas (hybrid). Comprehensive relation package.
Compensation: Base salary to ~$220,000 DOE. Additional bonus (s) and RSUs offered. Comprehensive benefits.
Travel: ~25% domestic & international.
