Job Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and oversee production activities. This role requires a candidate with a robust background in the electrical power distribution industry, proficient in project management, planning, and team supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate various phases of production, from fabrication to shipment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule projects efficiently across production floor locations and teams.
• Ensure project requirements meet design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews in collaboration with plant managers, engineering, and sales departments.
• Coordinate inter-departmental tasks to enhance plant productivity and prioritize workflow.
• Facilitate design changes and troubleshoot with production personnel and engineers.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance reviews of direct reports.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution Equipment.
• Proficient in wiring Low Voltage gear.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test prior to employment.
• Strong team collaboration skills to achieve daily objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.

This full-time position offers typical working hours from Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required at the discretion of management.
